三本院校作为新生事物正在经历着社会需求的检验。如何顺利通过检验,获取生存的空间已经是迫在眉睫的事情了。笔者长期专职工作在三本院校并参与基层的教学管理,对三本教学有着自己的认识和思考。在笔者看来,学生的就业情况、学生的社会适应情况是三本院校通过检验的根本所在。所以,三本院校应该以围绕将学生培养成不同于一本、二本的,即具有够用的理论知识,又具备强于一本、二本的实践动手能力的人才而开展工作。为此,笔者建议三本院校一方面应该突破师资这个瓶颈,着手培养自己的双师型教师;另一方面,则需要通过多种途径拓宽学生实践动手能力培养的渠道。
Three new institutions are experiencing the test of social needs as a newcomer. How to successfully pass the test to obtain the living space is an urgent matter. I work full-time long-term in three institutions and participate in teaching management at the grassroots level, the three teaching has its own understanding and thinking. In my opinion, the employment situation of students, the social adaptation of students is the three colleges and universities through the test of the fundamental. Therefore, the three institutions should work around cultivating students into talents different from one or two, that is, having sufficient theoretical knowledge and having stronger skills than one or two practical hands-on talents. For this reason, the author suggests that the three institutions should, on the one hand, break through the bottleneck of teachers and start training their double-qualified teachers; on the other hand, they need to broaden the channels through which students can practice their abilities in a variety of ways.
