应用组织培养技术进行种质改良和基础研究,迄今仍颇具活力。在茶树上,国内外的一些研究虽已取得可喜的进展,但始终还没见未成熟胚培养成功的报道。本试验基于胚是下一代的新起点的特性,在无菌条件下,采用多种培养基对茶树未成熟胚进行人工培养,成功地诱导出合子胚,不定胚及不定芽,并形成植株。
Germplasm improvement and basic research using tissue culture techniques have so far been very energetic. In the tea tree, although some research at home and abroad have made gratifying progress, but the success of immature embryo culture has not yet been reported. Based on the characteristics that the embryo is a new starting point of the next generation, embryos of immature embryos, adventitious embryos and adventitious buds were successfully induced under aseptic conditions using a variety of culture media.
