以小花玄参总皂苷得率为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法研究提取溶剂、萃取溶剂、微波功率、温度、时间和液固比等因素对小花玄参总皂苷提取的主效应和交互作用,并建立总皂苷得率与因素间的二次回归模型。结果表明:该回归模型极显著,预测性强;提取时间、提取温度及液固比是影响得率的主要因素;优化得到的最佳提取工艺条件:以70%乙醇溶液作提取剂,正丁醇作萃取剂,微波功率为450 W,提取温度为65℃,提取时间为11 min,液固比为22:1,在此条件下总皂苷得率为1.507%。
Based on the single factor experiments, the response surface methodology was used to study the extraction of total saponins from the figwort Scrophulariaceae with factors such as extraction solvent, extraction solvent, microwave power, temperature, time and liquid-solid ratio The main effect and interaction, and establish a quadratic regression model between the total saponin yield and factors.
