异位妊娠是妇科常见病患,且近几年发病有上升趋势。许多患者由于自觉症状及体征不典型,造成诊断上的困难,并与盆腔炎相混淆。近几年由于9—HCG的临床应用,大大提高了诊断准确率。我院自1994年～1996年收治的288例异位妊娠中,临床症状、体征不典型者86例,均采用p-HCG动态监测,同时配合B超检查,从而及早做出正确诊断及妥善处理。现分析如下:

Many patients because of subjective symptoms and signs of atypical, resulting in diagnostic difficulties, and confusion with pelvic inflammatory disease. In recent years due to the clinical application of 9-HCG, greatly improving the diagnostic accuracy. In our hospital from 1994 to 1996 admitted 288 cases of ectopic pregnancy, clinical symptoms, signs of atypical cases in 86 cases, using p-HCG dynamic monitoring, combined with B-ultrasound, so as soon as possible to make the correct diagnosis and proper treatment .
