孟子王道政治学说是在王道与霸道的这两种不同的施政理念的论争中展开的。而对于此学说的研究则可以分别从社会结构和精神内涵两个层面去认识和讨论;以往学者对于孟子王道思想的研究多侧重于精神层面的分析,而笔者意图在孟子王道思想的“结构”层面有所创建,重在孟子政治结构层面的分析与探究。并将经济学中反垄断的思想理论援引到对孟子王道思想的研究之中,探索其“尊王黜霸”的深刻内涵。论证孟子王道思想的伟大创见不仅在于其人文情怀的一面,而更在于其对社会结构进化提供一整套思想理论并在思想上产生了巨大变革。在理论上将通过国家暴力实现统治者抱负的方式转变为通过实行仁政的方式实践其抱负,通过人民“居处仁”的“功利”抉择,拆解国家间暴力征伐的以得天下的基础。
The doctrine of the political kingdom of Mencius embarked on the debate between the two different conceptions of kings and hegemony. However, the study of this doctrine can be understood and discussed from two aspects of social structure and spiritual connotation respectively.
