通过测定机械共混法制备的木粉(WF)填充氯丁橡胶(CR)基吸水复合材料的力学性能和吸水性能,研究了各因素对复合材料性能的影响规律.结果表明,当添加20份200目WF、40份聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)时,复合材料的吸水性能和力学性能达到了较优值,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、体积吸水率、质量损失率分别为5.12MPa,777%,1066%,14%.提高浸水温度,复合材料的吸水率增加,但质量损失率亦有所增加.红外光谱分析表明,复合材料浸水后的析出物主要为PAANa和WF.显微镜分析表明,复合材料吸水后内部呈半开半闭孔状结构.“,”Effects of the factors on the water-absorbing and mechanical properties of WF/PAANa/ CR composites prepared by blending were investigated.The results showed that when the dosage and mesh of wood flour were 20phr and 200,with 40phr PAANa,the water-absorbing and mechanical properties of WF/PAANa/CR composites were better,such as the tensile strength,elongation at break,water-absorbing ration (AV),mass loss ratio were 5.12MPa,777%,1066%,and 14%,respectively.With the increase in soaking temperature,the water-absorbing capacity increased,but the mass loss ratio also increased.SEM showed the inner structure of WF/PAANa/CR composites presented open and close pore characterized.
