目前的高速摄影象机大多由CCD摄象机以及外加的机械快门或电子快门组成若能直接开发CCD本身的电子快门特性而不再需要外加快门,将会受到人们欢迎。 本文提出了开发CCD自身快门特性的方法:即从缩短摄象机每场的“有用光积分”时间入手,使缩短的场积分脉冲起电子快门作用。与此同时须采用“底板清洗”方法清除掉每场中除“有用积分”之外的其余时间的“无用积分”电荷,使“有用积分”电荷建立在清洗过的洁白的底板上。从而实现将普通CCD摄象机改为自带电子快门的高速摄象机。 对新开发的高速摄象机的性能作了分析之后,提出了两个应用实例。特别是利用本摄象机拍摄高速旋转体时,可以直接获得旋转变得缓慢甚至相对静止的清晰图象,而不再需要借助录相机进行快拍慢放
