基于Ni基单晶合金细、微观组织结构变化及损伤特点,建立了统一的双参数蠕变损伤本构方程及寿命预测模型。初步的实验结果考核表明,所建模型可以准确地预测蠕变第二、第三阶段蠕变变形状态及破坏特征。
Based on the microstructure and microstructural changes of Ni-based single crystal alloys and their damage characteristics, a unified two-parameter creep damage constitutive equation and life prediction model are established. The preliminary test results show that the model can accurately predict the creep deformation state and failure characteristics in the second and third stages of creep.
