人们在煎中药汤剂时,往往因不慎而出现煎干或煎焦的现象,大多数人怕出现不良后果,不敢加水继续再煎。笔者最近曾遇一例服煎焦理中汤,疗效更佳的患者,现介绍如下。 1985年3月,一男性患者李某,62岁,身体素弱,因食冷饭而患腹痛下利之证,余投理中汤原方(人参10克,干姜10克,土炒白术12克,炙甘草10克),服头煎腹痛大减,煎第二煎时,因火大而煎焦。患者家属急告于余:“是加水继续煎服,还是再给开一剂?”余思:白术
