Tubular acidosis (RTA) according to the cause can be divided into primary and secondary two categories. There are many known diseases that can be secondary to this disease. Recently the city of Liuhe Children’s Hospital were admitted to two cases of RTA secondary to connective tissue disease associated with hyperprovulsin and acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children,
