川芎平喘合剂是我们长期用于治疗支气管哮喘的经验方，豚鼠过敏性哮喘模型的实验研究证实，其能明显拮抗由组胺和乙酰胆碱所介导的支气管平滑肌痉挛，降低哮喘的发生率及死亡率。在此基础上，扩大临床观察样本，川芎平喘合剂组１００例，对照组５０例。结果表明，川芎平喘合剂能明显提高１秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值（ＦＥＶ１％）和降低血浆血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）值，总有效率为９２％，明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示本合剂具有拮抗ＴＸＢ２的合成和释放，松弛平滑肌和改善肺功能的作用。
Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture is our long-term experience for the treatment of bronchial asthma, guinea pig allergic asthma model experimental study confirmed that it can significantly antagonize the bronchial smooth muscle spasm mediated by histamine and acetylcholine, reduce the incidence of asthma and death rate. On this basis, enlarging the clinical observation sample, Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture group 100 cases, control group 50 cases. The results showed that Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture can obviously improve FEV1% and TXB2 value of 1 second, and the total effective rate was 92%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), suggesting that this mixture has the effect of antagonizing the synthesis and release of TXB2, relaxing smooth muscle and improving pulmonary function.
