布氏硬度计测量HB450以下的硬度精度较高。常用来测量退火、正火、调质的钢材以及铸铁、有色金属的硬度。在布氏硬度计打好试样后必须放在读数显微镜下测量压痕直径,工件的面积至少在一个方向上大于30mm才能读数。否则,读数显微镜底面不能稳放在工件平面上,读数难以进行。但实际工作中,需要测量直径小于30mm的工件硬度值的情况是很多的,特别是圆棒钢材。我厂于1984年买进一台布氏硬度计,
