基层党组织是党在基层单位中的战斗堡垒,也是党建设伟大工程的基础所在,是党的生命力的根本所在。只有保证基础扎实,才能提升党组织的整体执行能力。然而,当前高校基层党组织生活中,存在内容缺乏新意、党员参与积极性低、和业务结合不当等问题。要提升高校基层党组织生活质量,就要提升党组织成员的责任意识,准确把握基层定位,提升党员综合素质,营造党组织生活的良好氛围。
The grassroots party organizations are the party’s fighting bastions in the grassroots units and also the basis for the party’s great project of building the party. It is the fundamental place for the vitality of the party. Only by ensuring a sound foundation can the overall performance of the party organizations be enhanced. However, in the current life of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, there are some problems such as the lack of new content, the low motivation of Party members, and the improper combination of business operations. To improve the quality of life of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, it is necessary to enhance the sense of responsibility of members of the party organizations, accurately grasp the grass-roots positioning, enhance the overall quality of party members and create a good atmosphere for the life of the party organizations.
