目前在校学生面临各种教育难题,在学校教育中如何发挥教育作用班主任承担着重要的责任,做好班主任工作对于学生的思想教育具有十分重要的意义。班主任工作具有专业性和科学性,要始终围绕育人这一主题开展工作,热爱学生欣赏学生和学生能够进行心灵的沟通,能够成为他们的朋友是做好班主任工作的基础。班主任要经常不断地学习和开展研究,在提高自己业务能力的同时对出现的教育新情况新问题深入探究,才能够科学有效的进行解决。班主任要善于利用学生周边一切可利用的条件作为教育的素材和条件去引导和教育学生,让教育起到润物细无声的作用,使班主任工作收到良好的教育作用。
At present, students are facing a variety of educational problems, how to play an educational role in school education, class teacher to assume an important responsibility to do a good job as a teacher in charge of student’s ideological education is of great significance. The work of a class teacher is professional and scientific. It must always work around the theme of educating students, love students to appreciate students ’and students’ spiritual communication, and being able to be their friend is the basis for doing the work of class teacher. The class teacher must constantly study and carry out research. Only in this way can we scientifically and effectively solve the problem of new situations and new education that emerge while improving our operational capabilities.
