目的:通过对前期正交试验得出的最佳配方[中等运动量运动+VC(500mg/kg/d)+VE(50mg/kg/d)]的追加实验,检验其对荷瘤小鼠生存期的延长率及免疫器官和肿瘤生长的作用。方法:采用S180肿瘤细胞种于小鼠右腋皮下,每只20万单位肿瘤细胞悬液。共64只雌性Balb/c荷瘤小鼠,建立小鼠肿瘤模型。将动物随机分为4组(对照组、VC+VE组、运动组和最佳配方组),每组16只(8只取材,8只观察生存期)。小鼠在接种肿瘤细胞后第5天全部下水游泳30min,第6、7天仅令运动组和最佳配方组适应游泳30min,第8天进行灌胃和游泳运动。干预到第43天每组随机称量8只小鼠体重,脱臼处死小鼠,解剖称量小鼠肿瘤、胸腺和脾脏重量,测量肿瘤最长径、最宽径;剩余小鼠干预到第49天后停止,观察小鼠生存期。结果:最佳配方组小鼠生存期最长,较对照组延长23.3%;肿瘤重量最小,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其肿瘤抑制率达到68.7%;胸腺指数较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),脾指数组间则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:前期正交试验得出的最佳配方[中等运动量运动+VC(500mg/kg/d)+VE(50mg/kg/d)]对抑制肿瘤生长具有一定的作用,能够延长荷瘤小鼠生存期,提示可能通过增强机体自身免疫系统功能实现。
OBJECTIVE: To test the survival of tumor-bearing mice by an additional experiment of the optimal formula (middle exercise + VC (500mg / kg / d) + VE (50mg / kg / d) The rate of elongation and the role of immune organs and tumor growth. Methods: S180 tumor cells were stained in the right axilla of mice, each with 200,000 units of tumor cell suspension. A total of 64 female Balb / c tumor-bearing mice were used to establish a mouse tumor model. The animals were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group, VC + VE group, exercise group and the best formula group), each group of 16 (8 drawn, 8 observed survival). The mice were allowed to swim for 30 minutes on the 5th day after inoculation of the tumor cells. Only the exercise group and the optimal formula group were allowed to swim for 30 minutes on the 6th and 7th days, and the gavage and swimming exercise were performed on the 8th day. Intervention At the 43rd day, each group weighed 8 mice randomly. The mice were sacrificed by dislocation, the weights of tumor, thymus and spleen of mice were weighed and the longest diameter and the widest diameter of the tumor were measured. Days to stop, observe the survival of mice. Results: The mice in the best formula group had the longest survival time, which was 23.3% longer than the control group. The tumor weight was the smallest, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The tumor inhibition rate was 68.7% (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between spleen index groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The optimal formula derived from pre-orthogonal experiment [moderate exercise + VC (500mg / kg / d) + VE (50mg / kg / d)] has some effect on inhibiting tumor growth and prolongs tumor- Survival, tips may be through enhancing the body’s own immune system function.
