随着我国教育的改革,国家越来越重视素质教育,学历不再是学校和社会考核的唯一标准,但相对来说,中专学校的学生在传统思想的影响下,处境仍较为艰难,尤其是他们自身对中专学校较为消极的看法。为了改变学生的这种看法,中专班主任在对学生的教育教学过程中发挥着重大的作用,如何做好教育教学工作,对中专班主任的教学任务也是一个极大的挑战。
