随着科技的发展,不断有新的技术应用于各个工程项目中,对于水泵机组的电机需求,采用传统的方式虽能够取得动力效果,但在节能方面存在着严重不足。变频调速技术优于调压调速与变极调速等调速方式,在国际上已经应用广泛,具有效率高、精度高的特点。本文以变频器为核心,结合相关的PLC技术,对变频器在水泵中的应用进行研究,指出变频调速设备在供水机组中的应用特点,并对调速装置的结构与控制方法进行分析,对节能应用进行阐述。
