当前,为了有效应对国际金融危机造成的不利影响,广西各地各部门正在围绕“保增长、保民生、保稳定,保持广西发展良好势头”的目标积极进取,扎实工作。在地税部门,党员领导干部是推动地税事业科学发展,促进征纳关系和谐的组织者、领导者、示范者和工作者,其作风优劣直接关系到这一重大战略任务的落实。从总体上看,目前地税系统行风政风总体是比较好的,但是也还存在一些问题:如效率低下、执法失范、透明度低、作风不正等。2003～2008
