国产苯酪肽(BT-PABA)能被糜蛋白酶特异地裂解,释放对氨基苯甲酸(PABA),BT-PABA的胰腺功能诊断(PFD)试验,能反映胰腺外分泌功能,检测BT-PABA的PFD试验尿中的PABA含量,用改良的Smith法,偶氮化的PABA再与N-(甲萘基)乙烯二胺盐酸盐偶联成红色偶氮化合物,比色定量。经临床试用338例,其中正常人(110例)PABA排泄率为84±(SD)11%。慢性胰腺炎(55±18%)、急性胰腺炎发作期(37±16%)和胰腺癌(31±19%)的PABA排泄率与正常人相比,非常显著地降低。结果表明:使用国产BT-PABA的PFD试验是一种反映胰腺外分泌功能的安全简单和灵敏的方法。对胰腺外分泌障碍疾患具有较高的诊断价值。
BT-PABA can be specifically cleaved by chymotrypsin to release the pancreatic function diagnosis (PFD) test of p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and BT-PABA, which can reflect the exocrine function of the pancreas and detect the PFD of BT-PABA The content of PABA in urine was assayed by colorimetric method using the modified Smith method and the azoated PABA coupled with N- (methylnaphthalene) ethylenediamine hydrochloride as the red azo compound. After clinical trials of 338 cases, of which normal (110 cases) PABA excretion rate of 84 ± (SD) 11%. The PABA excretion rate of chronic pancreatitis (55 ± 18%), acute pancreatitis episode (37 ± 16%) and pancreatic cancer (31 ± 19%) was significantly lower than that of normal subjects. The results showed that the PFD test using domestic BT-PABA was a safe, simple and sensitive method to reflect the exocrine function of the pancreas.
