患儿,男,4岁。因发热、咳嗽、头及颈部痛两天,于1987年3月14日入院。体检:体温38.5℃,神志清晰,双颌下及左颈部扪及淋巴结约1×1 cm,有压痛。双侧扁桃体红肿Ⅱ度,咽充血。实验室检查:外周血白细胞12×10~9/L,中性粒细胞64%,淋巴细胞34%,单核细胞2%。临床诊断为急性扁桃体炎。住院后经用青霉素及对症治疗3 d无效。3月17日改为红霉素上海第×药厂生产0.25克并装0.4+5%葡萄糖400 ml,静脉滴注。
