随着国民经济的不断发展和科学技术的日益进步,各种生产新技术、新理念不断涌现,为机械加工和设计工作注入了活力。与此同时,在目前的机械加工和设计工作中,各种结构复杂、精确度高以及机械极限指标能力高的生产工作越来越受到人们的重视,已成为机械领域中一项深受工作人员研究的话题。疲劳抗力指标作为机械试样微观组织分析、加工方法质量和实验条件研究的主要影响因素,研究也越来越多。本文就机械设计疲劳极限指标现状入手分析,提出了相关提高措施和方法,以供相关工作人员参考。
