在北京郊区100户至400户的村庄为数最多,分布最广。在进行村镇规划时,对于应否在这些中小型村庄中设置成片的绿地,曾引起一些争议。然而从近几年北京郊区新农村建设试点的实际效果看,在中小型村庄内合理布置公园绿地,能够美化村容,陶冶人的性情,促进精神文明建设。规划绿地只要结合地形地貌,巧作安排,就能节约土地,富有特色。昌平县踩河新村,马连店新村和房山县街东新村的绿地布置最为典型,现简介如下:
The number of villages from 100 to 400 in the suburbs of Beijing is the largest and the most widely distributed. In the planning of villages and towns, there have been some controversies as to whether or not green areas should be set up in these small and medium-sized villages. However, judging from the practical results of the new rural construction pilot projects in Beijing’s suburbs in recent years, rationally arranging green parks in small and medium-sized villages can beautify the village’s content, mold people’s temperament, and promote spiritual civilization. As long as the planned green space is combined with the topography and landforms, the arrangement can be used skillfully to save land and be full of characteristics. The layout of the green space in the Tuhe New Village of Changping County, the Maliandian New Village and the Street East Village in Fangshan County is the most typical.
