新一轮的课程改革到现在已经好几年了,在这过程中教师和学生的负担不但没有减轻反而加重了,学生的学习成就、教师的专业发展和学校的办学成效也没有明显的提高。现在,教师越来越迷惘,学校也越来越困惑。通过开展校本教研,提高课堂教学的有效性,来促进教师的专业成长和提高学生的学习成就,经课改教改之路精细教育教学,推进城市化精品学校的建设,提升办学的品位。
It has been several years since the new round of curriculum reform was carried out.
