本文主要通过研究关于职业院校焊接专业毕业生就业的基本状况,并对现阶段的职业院校在焊接专业人才培养形式方面存在的问题进行详细的分析,为职业院校在培养高技能实用型人才的教育工作上指明了方向,同时,也对职业院校如何合理地规划培养先进的人才的指导上提供了实际有效的方案。
