对于大学生村官来说,面对新的环境、新的岗位,如何适应这项工作,迅速掌握一定的工作技能,为农村建设做出重要贡献成为一个重点和难点问题。以乌鲁木齐市的30名大学生村官为调查对象,以相关的社会适应性理论为基础,采用参与观察、深度访谈、问卷调查和文献研究等方法对当地大学生村官的社会适应性问题进行调查研究,分析大学生村官的社会适应性问题。
