改革开放以来,我国一直致力于城市化建设,建筑工程建造数量也呈现出逐年攀升的趋势。像道路、桥梁、房屋都是土木建筑的范围。作为当前全球第一建筑大国,我国每年新增建筑面积超过20亿平方米,新建房屋占全球一半以上。随着人们生活水平的提高,对建筑安全问题的关注日渐重视。尽管建筑行业发展迅速,但是工程质量问题一直没有得到彻底解决。为此,本文以保障施工质量为出发点,对建筑施工质量进行论述。
Since the reform and opening up, China has been committed to urbanization and the number of construction projects has also shown a year-by-year upward trend. Like roads, bridges, houses are all civil engineering range. As the current world’s largest building power, China’s annual new construction area of over 2 billion square meters, housing more than half of the world. With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to the problem of building safety. Despite the rapid development of the construction industry, the quality of the project has not been completely solved. To this end, this article to protect the quality of construction as a starting point to discuss the quality of construction.
