提出了一个能在极短时间完成一个测量传感过程的曲面测量方法。测量系统由两个相机和一个特别设计的投影装置组成。投影装置瞬时投射一幅纯随机的图像到被测物体表面。在投射出的随机图像的辅助下,可以稳健地建立立体图像对之间的亚像素对应匹配,同时获得稠密三维点云。详细讨论了系统硬件设计与实现的问题。系统标定方法中考虑了标定板可能存在的几何误差,实践证明这一独特处理方式是非常有效的。所提出的测量方法和系统具有结构简单、易于实现而且能够适应测量现场环境振动以及测量设备不稳定等问题的特点。给出了精度验证以及复杂曲面细节获取能力的实验。
A surface measurement method that can accomplish a measurement sensing process in a very short time is proposed. The measurement system consists of two cameras and a specially designed projection device. Projector Instantly cast a purely random image to the surface of the object under test. Assisted by the projected random images, the sub-pixel correspondence between stereoscopic image pairs can be robustly established and dense three-dimensional point clouds can be obtained. Detailed discussion of the system hardware design and implementation issues. System calibration method to consider the calibration board may exist geometric error, proved to be unique in this unique approach is very effective. The proposed measurement method and system have the characteristics of simple structure, easy implementation, and adaptability to problems such as measuring on-site environment vibration and measuring equipment instability.
