我厂主要生产敌百虫、乐果,甲胺磷等有机磷农药和邻苯二胺、ADA、氯甲烷等化工产品。这些农药和化工产品的生产都有一个共同特点,即高温、高压、易燃易爆、严重腐蚀。所以加强设备的科学管理,确保压力容器的安全、经济有效运行是十分重要的。而压力容器的管理是一项技术性较强的设备管理,它涉及许多部门和人员。设立专职的压力容器管理技术人员是保证压力容器管理工作正常进行的重要一环。现在我厂已设立了从厂长、总工程师、设备科专职管理技术人员到各车间部门设备员、压力容器及安全附件检测组的管理体系。 通过几年来对压力容器管理的一些实践经验,我们认为压力容器按下列程序管理是可靠有效的。

Now I plant has set up from the director, chief engineer, equipment, full-time management and technical staff to the workshop equipment, pressure vessels and safety accessories detection group management system. After years of experience in the management of pressure vessels, we think it is reliable and effective to manage the pressure vessels according to the following procedures.
