南京炼油厂在65吨锅炉一氧化碳1号炉给水系统,首次不停炉抢修更换给水管线取得成功,避免了启停锅炉6台次所造成的40余吨燃料油、4千度电、2千吨除盐水和15吨蒸汽的消耗,节资1万余元. 锅炉是催化裂化装置主风机的动力来源.1985年5月下旬动力分厂二车间65吨一氧化碳1号炉给水管线因长期运行造成腐蚀穿孔、泄漏.采用传统的打管卡和从国外引进的高压密封胶堵漏等新技术,没获得成功.在给水管内压力高达45公斤/厘米~2的情况下,泄漏越来越严重,直接威胁安全生产.
