目的分析能谱CT成像显示乳腺癌病灶的能力,探讨能谱CT成像在乳腺癌检出中的意义。方法回顾性分析2013年7月—2016年2月68个病理诊断为乳腺癌病灶的能谱CT各参数图像,比较各参数图像显示乳腺癌病灶的对比噪声比(contrast noise ratio,CNR)和信噪比(signal to noise ratio,SNR)以及各参数图像检出乳腺癌病灶的能力。结果在显示乳腺癌病灶时脂(水)基物质图像的CNR最佳,碘(水)基物质图像的CNR最低。70 ke V单能量、最佳单能量图像的SNR较高。脂(水)基物质图像检出病灶最多(100.0%);常规平扫检出病灶最少。结论能谱CT成像可以很好地显示乳腺癌病灶,特别是脂(水)基物质图像,在乳腺癌病灶的检出中具有潜在应用价值。
Objective To analyze the ability of CT imaging in detecting breast lesions and explore the significance of energy spectrum CT imaging in the detection of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 CT images of breast cancer lesions from July 2013 to February 2016 was performed to compare the contrast noise ratios (CNRs) and Signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the ability of each parameter to detect breast lesions. Results The CNR of the lipid (water) -based material image was best when displaying breast lesions and the CNR of the iodine (water) -based material image was the lowest. 70 ke V single energy, the best single energy image SNR is high. Lipid (water) -based images detected the largest number of lesions (100.0%); routine scanning detected the least lesions. Conclusions EDCT can display breast lesions, especially lipid (water) -based substance images, and has potential value in the detection of breast cancer lesions.
