本文报道鲟鱼肝中毒3例,以引起同道注意。例1:男,42岁,于1981年10月11日午餐进食炒鲜鲟鱼肝约4~5两,晚餐进食约一斤。晚饭后约半小时即感头而部发烫,头部呈炸裂样剧痛,恶心,呕吐一次,为黄绿色液体少许,无特殊气味。次日入院治疗。查体温、脉搏、血压正常。颜面潮红,似酒醉样貌。心率52次/分,律不齐。其它无阳性体征。血常规及肝功正常,心电图示窦性心动过缓,频发房性早搏。入院后给予葡萄糖液及维生素 C 静滴,但头痛仍
