目的调查广东某高校教职工空腹血糖、血脂现状和异常情况。方法在2007年教职工体检中对2 575名教职工血糖、血脂(三酰甘油和总胆固醇)进行调查。结果(1)男性平均三酰甘油水平高于女性,平均总胆固醇水平差异无统计学意义,男女性平均空腹血糖水平差异无统计学意义;(2)女性三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平均随年龄增大而上升,而男性总胆固醇水平均随年龄增大而上升,男女性空腹血糖水平均随年龄增大而上升,(3)男女高血糖、高三酰甘油和高总胆固醇检出率随年龄增大而增加。结论本研究表明某高校教职工血清空腹血糖、总胆固醇和三酰甘油平均水平与过去相比都在增加,特别是教职工高血糖、高三酰甘油和高总胆固醇的发病率有年轻化的趁势,是应当引起高度重视。
Objective To investigate the status of fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and abnormalities among faculty members in a university in Guangdong Province. Methods The blood glucose, blood lipid (triglyceride and total cholesterol) of 2 575 faculty members were investigated in the 2007 faculty examination. Results (1) The mean triglyceride level in males was higher than that in females, and the mean total cholesterol level was not significantly different between men and women. (2) The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in females were significantly different with age (3) The detection rate of hyperglycemia, high triglyceride and high total cholesterol in both men and women increased with age, while the levels of total cholesterol in men increased with age. The fasting blood glucose levels of both men and women increased with age. (3) Increase and increase. Conclusions This study shows that the average fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of faculty members in a university are increasing compared with the past, especially the faculty of high blood sugar, high triglyceride and high total cholesterol in the incidence of younger , It should cause great attention.
