利用日本Rigaku X射线荧光光谱仪测定了若干种晶体化合物和玻璃样品的Znkα、Znkβ谱线。分析结果表明:(1)荧光X射线状态分析法可以用于Zn的配位状态的定性分析。(2)六配位Zn的化学位移值往正值方向偏移,四配位Zn的化学位移值往负值方向偏移。(3)玻璃体系中,其各化学组成的变化对位移值没有明显的影响,Znkα、Znkβ谱线的位移主要取决于其Zn——O键长的大小。(4)在Na_2O—ZnO—B_2O_3体系玻璃中,Zn主要为四配位。
The Znkα, Znkβ spectra of several crystalline compounds and glass samples were measured using a Japanese Rigaku X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The analysis results show that: (1) The fluorescence X-ray state analysis method can be used for the qualitative analysis of coordination state of Zn. (2) The chemical shift value of the six-coordinate Zn shifts to the positive direction, and the chemical shift value of the tetra-coordinated Zn shifts toward the negative direction. (3) In the glass system, the change of each chemical composition has no significant effect on the displacement value. The displacement of Znkα and Znkβ lines mainly depends on the Zn - O bond length. (4) In Na 2 O-ZnO-B 2 O 3 system glass, Zn is mainly four-coordinated.
