社会化网络时代的到来引发了社会的一系列变革,这对宏观政策设计产生很大的影响,苛政在互联网的放大作用下,会产生比传统社会更为严重的影响,甚至危及政权,从突尼斯出现的茉莉花革命使得中东地区开始发生动荡,究竟问题出自何方,本文以茉莉花革命为引导,对社会化网络时代的创新政策设计进行研究,提出善政的社会化网络时代政策设计方式。
The advent of the social network era has triggered a series of social changes that have a great impact on the design of macroeconomic policies. With the enlargement of the Internet, the tyranny of politics will have a more serious impact than the traditional society and will even jeopardize the power of the government. From Tunisia, The emerging jasmine revolution has caused turmoil in the Middle East. What is the problem? In this paper, Jasmine revolution is taken as a guide to study the design of innovative policies in the era of social networks and to put forward the policy design methods of social networks in good governance.
