为评价抗青光眼手术对视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:对青光眼26只手术前后(1周内)和正常眼40只进行彩色多普勒成像(CDI)检查,比较各组的收缩期峰值速度(PSV)、舒张末期速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)。结果:青光眼术后视网膜中央动脉PSV和EDV较术前明显加快,RI明显降低,P<0.05;但与正常眼比较,PSV和EDV仍明显慢,RI亦大,P<0.05。结论:抗青光眼手术治疗降低眼内压,可使视网膜中央动脉血流异常部分恢复。
To evaluate the effect of anti-glaucoma surgery on central retinal artery hemodynamics. Methods: Color Doppler imaging (CDI) was performed in 26 eyes of 40 glaucoma patients before and after surgery (one week) and 40 normal eyes. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistance index (RI). Results: The PSV and EDV of the central retinal artery in patients with glaucoma were significantly higher than those before the operation, and the RI was significantly lower than that before the operation (P <0.05). However, PSV and EDV were still significantly slower than those of the normal eyes (P <0.05). Conclusion: Anti-glaucoma surgical treatment of intraocular pressure can reduce the abnormal part of the central retinal artery blood flow recovery.
