1.为何气门推杆频繁折断一台S195柴油机先后断了4根气门推杆。初步分析,认为可能是气门间隙过小,工作中温度升高,气门、气门推杆等有关部件受热膨胀后,顶断气门推杆。但经检查,气门间隙比规定值还略大一些。进一步检查气门推杆,发现推杆与气缸盖孔内壁有摩擦痕迹。原来摇臂轴座孔中心到轴座两端的距离不相等。距离长的一边与距离短的一边相差3毫米。正确的安装应是摇臂轴座孔中心到轴座距离较短的一端(轴座孔有开口一边)向下。可是机手在维修时,把它装倒了,致使摇臂轴座
