电弧光产生的紫外线可引起电光性眼炎,高温辐射的红外线可引起红外线性白内障,这些已为人们所熟知。然而,长期从事强光高温工作,对眼的调节力是否有影响,文献报告甚少。作者于1978~1979年间,在四川省某厂进行职业性眼病的调查中,对265名长期从事强光高温工作者进行了近点距离的测定,并计算出其调节力,与228名从事非强光高温工作者的调节力进行了比较,发现前者的调节力有明显衰退。现将结果报告于后。
It is well-known that ultraviolet light produced by arc light can cause electro-optic ophthalmia and infrared radiation that causes high temperature radiation can cause infrared cataract. However, long-term engaged in glare high-temperature work, the regulation of the eye have an impact, the literature reported little. In 1978-1979, a survey of occupational eye diseases in a factory in Sichuan Province conducted a survey of 265 near-distance workers engaged in glare and high temperature work and calculated their accommodation power. Glare high temperature workers adjust the force were compared and found that the former regulative force has significantly declined. The results are reported later.
