Objective To investigate the relationship between prenatal and prenatal environmental exposure in women and children with congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 77 mothers with congenital heart disease diagnosed in the hospital from October 2012 to September 2015 were selected as the observation group and 77 healthy mothers born at the same period as the control group. Mother’s basic situation, childbearing age, education situation, working condition, motherhood history, family history, history of drug contact and so on. Results The incidence of congenital heart disease in girls was significantly higher than that in boys (P <0.05). The age of the mother, family history of congenital heart disease, pre-pregnancy pregnant women, prenatal abnormal fetuses, miscarriage and Adverse pregnancy, drug and pesticide exposure and other factors will lead to a significantly higher incidence of congenital heart disease in children (P <0.05). Conclusions The various factors of prenatal and prenatal environmental exposure are closely related to the occurrence of congenital heart disease in children. To improve and control the risk factors plays an important role in the prevention and control of congenital heart disease in children.
