当前,中国社会进入转型期,社会结构、利益格局、思想观念发生深刻变化。各种社会问题而引发的社会矛盾纠纷呈现出复杂多变的特征。谋求社会管理创新,有效化解矛盾纠纷成为时代最强音。将矛盾化解在萌芽中系我国法制史上的优良传统,结合传统法律文化与中国的现实国情,充分利用本土资源优势,积极发挥人大代表的主人翁作用,构建人大代表参与化解社会矛盾机制,对于构建和谐社会,促进民主法治具有重大的理论意义与现实意义。
At present, Chinese society has undergone profound changes in its social transformation, social structure, interest pattern, and ideological concepts. Social conflicts and disputes caused by various social problems show complex and changeable characteristics. To seek social management innovation, effectively resolve conflicts and disputes become the strongest voice of the times.
