冲剂是在汤剂和糖浆剂的基础上发展起来的一种新剂型。冲剂的生产工序较多,任何一道工序不符合规定都有可能影响冲剂的质量和疗效。冲剂在生产中常遇到的几个问题是: 一、焦屑:冲剂有焦屑一般出现在浓缩这一道工序。目前提取液浓缩一般有常压浓缩和减压浓缩二种方法。常压浓缩容易结焦,所得清膏色深,泡沫多,不易测比重,有时看上去清膏已很厚,但比重仍达不到要求,这种清膏往往有焦屑。

Atmospheric concentration is easy to coke, resulting in deep color paste, more foam, not easy to measure the proportion, and sometimes it seems that the cream is very thick, but the proportion is still not meet the requirements, this paste often have coke crumbs.
