中药不良反应是指合格药品正常用法用量时出现与用药目的无关的意外的有害反应,包括中成药和中药饮片引起的不良反应。综合近几年医药文献报道,因使用中药而产生的不良反应甚至中毒致死的临床报道日渐增多。现就中药不良反应的临床表现形式及预防方法浅议如下:
The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicines refer to accidental adverse reactions unrelated to the purpose of the use of the drug when it is used normally, including the adverse reactions caused by proprietary Chinese medicines and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In recent years, the medical literature has reported that the number of clinical reports of adverse reactions and even death from poisoning caused by the use of traditional Chinese medicines has increased. The clinical manifestations and prevention methods of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine are briefly discussed below:
