The quality department of the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry held the “Reform and Exploitation Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry” at the Synthetic Resin Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Carbon Black Quality Inspection Center of the Zigong Chemical Industry Department at the end of 1994.
