患者男,62岁。左胸部红斑、丘疹、结节伴疼痛1年。皮肤科情况:左侧胸部见带状红斑、丘疹,伴隐痛,还可见皮下结节及溃疡。皮损组织病理示:真皮内见大量异形上皮巢浸润性增生,肿瘤细胞呈腺管样排列,具有异形性,可见病理性核分裂像。诊断:皮肤转移性腺癌。胸部CT检查提示左肺周围型腺癌。
Male patient, 62 years old. Left chest erythema, papules, nodules with pain for 1 year. Dermatology: see the ribbon on the left chest erythema, papules, with pain, but also visible subcutaneous nodules and ulcers. Pathological lesions showed: a large number of abnormal epithelial epithelial infiltration invasive hyperplasia, the tumor cells showed a duct-like arrangement, with the shape of the pathological mitotic image. Diagnosis: skin metastatic adenocarcinoma. Chest CT examination prompted around the left lung adenocarcinoma.
