为庆祝建所三十周年,六二四所于1995年4月21日～22日召开了第二次科技大会。400多名科技人员及职工参加了大会开幕式。会上所长焦天佑作了“贯彻落实科学技术是第一生产力的思想,更加迅速地促进我所科研和经济的发展”的讲话,总工程师刘大响介绍了三十年来高推、中推预研及高空台建设所取得的成绩;副所长江和甫作了“坚持自力更生道路,搞好中推预研验证机研制”的专题报告;副所长辛国平作了“依靠科技发展经济”专题报告;党委书记刘俊波宣读了国家军委副主席刘华清为所庆三十周年作的“加速中推研制,振兴航空工业”的题词;颁发了航空工业总公司授予六二四所高性能动力装置关键技术研究集体立功和个人立功的奖章和荣誉证书。
