回水河连拱隧道洞口段下伏饱和软土,地基承载力不能满足承载要求。文章通过土工试验获取了原状土的物理力学参数,确定了隧底地基承载力;通过建立连拱隧道下伏地基上的荷载计算模型,获得了隧道地基上的荷载。在此基础上制定了旋喷桩地基处治方案及其施工工艺。现场载荷试验和隧道施工监控表明旋喷桩处治效果良好,地基和支护衬砌结构稳定。
Backwater river tunnel arch section saturated soft soil under the ground bearing capacity can not meet the bearing requirements. In this paper, the physical and mechanical parameters of undisturbed soil are obtained through geotechnical tests, and the bearing capacity of the foundation of the tunnel is determined. The load on the foundation of the tunnel is obtained by establishing the load calculation model of the underlying foundation of the multi-arch tunnel. On this basis, the foundation treatment program of rotary jetting pile and its construction technology have been established. Field load test and tunnel construction monitoring show that the effect of jet grouting pile is good and the foundation and supporting lining structure are stable.
