白立平,国家一级作词。笔名查干夫。满族。1958年出生内蒙古赤峰市。中国音协会员、中国音乐文学学会理事、内蒙古作协会员,内蒙古音乐文学学会副会长、赤峰文联副主席、音协主席。1976年考入赤峰市民族歌舞团至今,历任小提琴演奏员、创作员、晚会策划、撰稿、导演、乐队队长、编导科长、演出科长、副团长。1984年毕业于辽宁大学中文系。2003年结业于中央音乐学院音乐学硕士研究生课程班。现任内蒙古赤峰市民族歌舞剧院艺术总监。享受国务院特殊津贴。代表作:舞蹈诗剧《太阳契丹》编剧,文化部剧目奖。《深深眷恋的草原》内蒙古“萨日纳”一等奖。《辽代乐舞钩沉》内蒙古“五个一工程”奖。《内蒙古礼赞》自治区50年大庆征歌一等奖。《牧歌》文化部“群星奖”。
