由冶金部能源办公室召集、鞍山热能研究院主持、攀钢钢铁研究院承办的第二次重点企业钢铁研究所热工研究室主任联系会议于1993年4月17日至19日在四川省渡口市召开。参加会议的有鞍山热能研究院,攀钢钢研院,武钢钢研所,包钢钢研所,湘钢钢研所,马钢钢研所,攀钢能源处,天津钢厂能源处,重大冶金系,昆工冶金系等部门的热工研究室主任、能源处长、热能工程专业的教授、教师等20余人。
