目的:观察红霉素治疗婴幼儿胃食管反流病(GER)及其相关性肺炎的疗效。方法:收集绍兴文理学院附属医院胃食管反流伴肺炎患儿90例,按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患儿均进行抗感染、雾化治疗、补氧、特殊体位睡觉及少量喂养、辅助吸收等常规治疗肺炎措施。此外,治疗组加用红霉素,2~4 mg/kg,每天1次,5天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组患儿GER治疗总有效率为95.56%,肺炎治疗总有效率为93.33%,明细优于对照组;且治疗组患儿咳嗽、气喘、湿啰音及平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红霉素在治疗婴幼儿GER及其相关性肺炎方面较传统方法具有疗效明显,不良反应少及疗程短等优势,对减少GER相关性肺炎的复发具有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of erythromycin in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GER) and its associated pneumonia in infants. Methods: Ninety children with gastroesophageal reflux disease and pneumonia were collected from the affiliated hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences. The treatment groups were divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. Two groups of children were anti-infection, atomization therapy, oxygen supplement, sleep in a special position and a small amount of feeding, adjuvant absorption and other conventional treatment of pneumonia measures. In addition, the treatment group with erythromycin, 2 ~ 4 mg / kg, 1 day, 5 days for a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of GER in treatment group was 95.56%, and the total effective rate of pneumonia treatment was 93.33%, which was better than that of control group. And cough, wheezing, wet rales and average length of stay in treatment group were shorter than those in control group Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Erythromycin is more effective than traditional methods in the treatment of infants with GER and its associated pneumonia, with less side effects and shorter duration of treatment. It is of great importance to reduce the relapse of GER-associated pneumonia and is worthy of clinical promotion.
