研究了环氧树脂砂浆(EM)在-20~60℃范围内的抗折强度、抗压强度以及轴心抗压强度,结合不同温度条件下EM试件宏观和微观破坏形貌,分析了EM力学性能的温度敏感性机理。结果表明:EM力学性能有很强的温度敏感性。从低温到高温,EM的抗折强度、抗压强度、弹性模量和峰值荷载下降明显,都呈“S”型曲线分布,EM的力学特性出现脆-韧转换,连续相树脂由脆性破坏转变为弹塑性破坏。当温度恢复到室温,EM的抗折及抗压强度恢复到同一水平。
The flexural strength, compressive strength and axial compressive strength of epoxy resin mortar (EM) in the range of -20 ~ 60 ℃ were investigated. The macroscopic and microscopic morphologies of the EM specimens under different temperatures were studied. The effects of EM Mechanical properties of the temperature-sensitive mechanism. The results show that: EM mechanical properties have a strong temperature sensitivity. From low temperature to high temperature, the flexural strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus and peak load of EM decrease obviously, and all show “S” curve distribution. The mechanical properties of EM are brittle-ductile transition, Destruction transformed into elastoplastic damage. When the temperature returned to room temperature, EM flexural and compressive strength returned to the same level.
