受管理水平、技术力量等影响,目前国内化工建设项目建设成本居高不下,往往超出了原定预算。分析化工建设项目在建设过程中费用控制的现状,提出了优化成本控制的方案。以某化工建设项目为例,介绍了利用项目管理理论知识,借助企业项目管理软件平台的各项功能,在化工建设项目过程中进行成本控制,实现预期降本目标,希望借此对大型化工建设项目实施单位以及项目咨询企业等提供相关参考。
Influenced by the management level and technical force, the cost of construction of chemical engineering projects in China is still high at present, often exceeding the original budget. Analyze the status quo of cost control of chemical construction projects in the process of construction and put forward a plan of optimizing cost control. Taking a chemical engineering construction project as an example, this paper introduces the use of project management theory and knowledge, and through the various functions of the enterprise project management software platform to control costs in chemical construction projects and achieve the expected target of cost reduction.
